Sept. Practices: 9/2/26 - 10/1/26  Mon | Wed | Thurs | 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Oct. Practices: 10/5/26 - 10/29/26  Mon | Wed | Thurs | 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Gear Needed

  • Wrestling Shoes 
    • We do have some shoes we can lend for free but all wrestlers should purchase if you decide on doing the regular wrestling season
    • If you wish to purchase, here are some options:

      • Amazon Wrestling Shoes
  • Athletic Clothes
    • Compression shirt or tight-fitting t-shirt (to prevent fingers from getting caught)
    • Extra t-shirt in case athlete sweats a lot
    • Compression shorts or fight shorts (no pockets/zippers - preferred)
  • Mouthpiece if have braces

Hygiene & Protection

  • Go home and shower
    • Shower right after practice to avoid skin infections
  • Nail Clippers
    • Nails must be kept short
  • Water Bottle
    • Staying hydrated is huge
