2025-26 Regular Season
2025-26 Regular Season started November 3rd, 2025!
Led by Sectional Champion, Anthony Palermo and State Qualifier, Alexander King, we have an amazing group of young wrestlers that will drive our Pioneer wrestlers in their return to the wrestling mat!
Regular Season Practice Times
Strength & Conditioning/ Film: Mon - Fri | 3:45 - 4:45pm
Wrestling Practice: Mon - Fri | 5:00 - 7:00pm

Wrestling Essentials:
Gear Needed
- Wrestling Shoes
- We do have some we can lend for free
- If you wish to purchase, here are some options:
- Athletic Clothes
- Compression shirt or tight-fitting t-shirt (to prevent fingers from getting caught)
- Extra t-shirt in case athlete sweats a lot
- Compression shorts or fight shorts (no pockets/zippers - preferred)
- Mouthpiece if have braces
Hygiene & Protection
- Go home and shower
- Shower right after practice to avoid skin infections
- Nail Clippers
- Nails must be kept short
- Water Bottle
- Staying hydrated is huge
